Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks via USPS. Because our merch is fulfilled around our tour and event schedule, some orders may take a bit longer — you'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Depending on the country being shipped to, you may incur a customs fee. Please check your country's rules regarding import fees, as Voss is not responsible for these incurred fees.

As stated in our return policy, if your order has already shipped before a return is requested, shipping costs will not be refunded.
